Equipment pricing is quoted planning pricing and is reconfirmed at time of purchase. Final tax and any approved scope changes are additional.

Payment, scheduling and project policies

Advance payment required

Quoted equipment, materials, travel or service charges and the scheduled labor commitment must be paid in advance before parts are ordered and the project is placed on the installation calendar, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Labor refund policy

Completed labor is earned as performed. Once more than four (4) hours of labor have been delivered, labor charges are non-refundable. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Parts and special-order items

Opened, installed, special-order or otherwise non-returnable products are subject to the applicable supplier or manufacturer return rules. Eligible returns may be reduced by shipping, restocking, merchant or supplier charges actually incurred.

Existing equipment

The quote assumes major existing components intended for reuse are serviceable. Failed amplifiers, damaged wiring, electrical faults, corrosion, unsafe prior modifications or added fabrication discovered after disassembly are outside the quoted scope.

Change orders

SPECVision Ride will pause and obtain customer approval before performing material work outside the quoted scope. Approved additions may change the completion time and total price.

Warranty

Equipment is covered only by the manufacturer's own warranty, subject to the manufacturer or retailer terms. SPECVision Ride does not provide its own warranty on parts, and completed labor is not redone or refunded.

Scheduling and cancellation

Parts ordering and calendar time begin only after required advance payment. Customer-requested cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to non-recoverable parts, shipping, merchant and committed scheduling costs, subject to applicable law.

Estimate status

This document is an estimate based on the known scope. Hidden conditions or customer-requested upgrades require written approval before added charges are incurred.

Customer authorization

By signing below, the customer authorizes SPECVision Ride to order approved equipment, reserve installation time and perform the work described in this estimate, subject to the policies above and applicable law.
